Terje Rød-Larsen is a Norwegian diplomat who, together with his wife Mona Juul, helped negotiate the Oslo peace accords between Israel and the Palestinians in the 1990s.
Mr Rød-Larsen called Jeffrey Epstein his "best friend". Norway's office of economic crimes is investigating him for possible corruption in connection with the Epstein files.
