She has argued that the European Union needs a genuine supranational company form—one registration, one set of employment rules for cross-border hires, one VAT return, one insolvency procedure and a common corporate-tax base—and that a coalition of willing member states should press ahead outside the unanimity trap if the full bloc cannot agree.
